Biomarkers for enhanced vaccines immuno safety

BioVacSafe - Biomarkers for enhanced vaccines immunosafety - is a 5 years project funded by Innovative Medicine initiative (IMI). The goal of BioVacSafe is to develop cutting edge tools to speed up and improve the testing and monitoring of vaccine safety, both before and after release to the market. By bringing together for the first time three of Europe's leading vaccine development and manufacture companies as well as top experts from academic institutions and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the project will ultimately accelerate the development and introduction of a new generation of safer, more effective vaccines. Volition

A machine learning decision support platform for Innovate UK

The Volition platform is a secure cloud based web application designed to help Innovate UK make better use of its existing operational data using machine learning (ML). It will be driven by a blend of ML capabilities, natural language processing (NLP), advanced information retrieval techniques and data visualisation.
